If you look into the case the reason the father didn't stop is because he had had run ins with these two police officers before. I forget the whole story but he pissed both officers off by doing something and was scared of both of them. That is why he didn't stop. I will try to find the info but this isn't just a "bad" guy that didn't stop and took a chance e with his kid in the car. He had reason to believe/feel these two officers were "dangerous". |

I think it is sad the kid died, but it is also sad that they shot the man, and just let him hang there like a puppet. Is it protocol to let a man bleed after he's shown both his hands, and is actually hanging out the window? I might imagine they wanted him to die. And guess what the "FUCK" meant? Not, "fuck I killed a kid" but "I'm FUCKED." These policemen are insane.

Again, police started the chaos with the chase and the stop, then made it worse. What confuses me is that the cop seemed to be firing at the man from a distance. Did I see that right? It is also astonishing how quickly they start shooting after a stop. Man's hands in the air. I don't get it.
