 First off, immediately after he tells dispatch that the man was refusing to get out of the car, I knew that this was not an accident. The guy is halfway thru the process of exiting the vehicle when the officer draws his firearm and shoots guy, perfect shot. Then he doesn't call for an Ambulance for 5 more minutes...  |
