Re: Police Officer Punching a Suspect; Man is Now Suing
Miranda rights don't need to be read during an arrest. That's Hollywood bullshit. They only need to be read during an interrogation.

Ah, another "Dindu nuffin!" If you didn't do anything, why did you plead guilty in the end, hmm? Yeah. You got perhaps 3 punches because you wouldn't shut your fat mouth. You started out right: Just drop and don't resist. Had you stayed quiet, I doubt you would have been hit. But no. "I dindu nuffiiiin!" Yeah, the cops are going to love you for that... |

Re: Police Officer Punching a Suspect; Man is Now Suing
Yeah, I've heard that, and you'd have to be an idiot to believe you'd get a lighter sentence for pleading guilty. But whether or not you're guilty, want to avoid getting the shit beaten out of you? Don't resist, don't mouth off, don't piss off the cops. Just drop, put your hands behind your back, shut the fuck up, and let the cameras roll, take perhaps one punch because let's face it, pigs will be pigs, and then once you're done being processed, make a LEGAL stink about it. Problem is most ******** are too stupid to know how to work a situation in their favour; it's why they're such easy targets. |
