Gee. It never ceases to amaze me that in the show COPS, no matter how big the assailant is or how much he struggles, the cops are always able to wrestle this guy to the ground, handcuff him and get him into the back seat of the scout car, without having to beat the guy's brains out or break any laws. I guess it all depends on who's holding the camera, right?

I have a couple of relatives who are city cops, my friend. And even by their own admission, they tell me there are a few rogue cops out there who have cross the line between go and bad. Drivers have cooperated, and yet have been treated like trash, or sometimes outright harassed, because some cop or cops decided, for whatever reason, to carry out enforcement their own way. So don't tell me if this guy had cooperated with the police, nothing like this would've ever happen to him. You're talking nonsense!
