It may be police brutality, but most definately justified..... or perhaps you think its better for the police who recaptured him give him the chance to take their guns and shoot them POINT BLANK in the face too???

Police brutality, and they should have been charged and convicted. As much as this guy is a piece-of-dirt zero, police have to remain above the baser instincts to kick his face in. The most important part of being a cop is to maintain a detachment that allows you to deal with the most offensive and violent of people without losing your cool.
