nobody saw the cop tripped? everyone likes to think what they saw was the case. at 1:58 he tripped on the curb and then kinda fell on her as he was reaching for her. he did nothing after that

I agree it was a little forceful, since he never even asked her to stop or arrested her before knocking her down.. But when it's all said and done, he did stumble on the curb and that looked hiliarious. haha. :)
