Re: Philadelphia Police Officer Intervenes a Stabbing
A city like Philly has a high crime rate, especially in certain parts of town. I'm sure the cops expect it, and respond quickly and in force. It's also reasonably likely that the police know both of these guys, and they may both have a criminal record.

Re: Philadelphia Police Officer Intervenes a Stabbing
Was you not paying attention to the video?? Watch it again! First of all the cop wasnt going to immediately tend to him for the simple fact he needs to get the assailant cuffed and secured. Secondly I saw many cops checking on him..One even bent down and was talking to him. SMH

Re: Philadelphia Police Officer Intervenes a Stabbing
Wow. Talk about quick response time. I called the cops to my house because someone was stealing shit from my car, and they didnt get there for 45 minutes. The police station is a half mile from my house. They had five cars on the scene in 20 seconds. |

Re: Philadelphia Police Officer Intervenes a Stabbing
If the cop took care of the guy, The criminal would have run away and stabbed a more people. Telling him to lay in the middle of the road probably wasnt the best option though. Also, based solely on your picture, I'm madly in love with you. |
