Man Shot & Killed By Homeowner - Stand Your Ground

Over the past weekend, a shooting in Louisiana, Missouri resulted in one fatality. According to officials, Louisiana Police, the Pike County Sheriff's Office and Missouri State Highway Patrol responded to a shooting on North 4th Street in Louisiana. Investigations revealed a 24-year-old man shot Daniel Norris, 53, in what appears to be self-defense. Norris was pronounced dead at the scene. Police say this appears to be an isolated incident between the two men. The shooting remains under investigation. Since January 2017, individuals have had a legally recognized right to stand their ground in the face of a deadly threat.

With a gun in his face he’s still walking toward the shooter after being told he’s going to be shot if he keeps walking forward. He kept walking forward and got shot. Justified.

I say that a trespasser on your property that is not unsettled at all by you drawing your weapon on them to enforce your protection of your family and property instantly becomes a "threat." I don't feel bad for the fignutz AT ALL. I'm glad he is dead because he was a fignutz that wanted to die... wish granted. shame he wasted all of that bullshit overcompensating macho shit on this homeowner... not a set of tits in sight... maybe the big dudes but you know what I mean.
