i experienced that with kids who were about 10-11 years old, in the hood, but on a 4 lane(2 north 2 south) major artery. fkkn crazy, just looking for violence

I saw a kid brought up with no respect for authority and never having to face consequences. He refused simple commands and the officer waited for backup due to the crowd and they took him into custody.

The woman yelling "he's just a kid, take him home to his momma"? He's in the position he's in for exactly that reason. His parent/parents.
