As a lawyer, I'm really disappointed with the judge's ruling. Probation, house arrest and psych eval was enough. But i guess what they say, can't do the time, don't do the crime.

The SA needs to practice in traffic court. He has trouble forming his words in retierating the statement of facts which is in front of him and has horrible eye contact. To top it off, his suitcoat is two sizes too small.
Definately does not come across as dominant over the little pudgy guy who throws a tantrum debating with the Court.

Poor little blondie in the slammer for a week. The whole time she is looking coquettishly at the Court. Guess since she may never hold a teaching position again it's a shame that her 'master's' she just earned will be in the trash can.

Her regrets to the judge didn't sound very convincing to me. They sounded a lot more convincing after the sentence was handed down.
