See! wtf could I as a neighbor do in this situation? If i got a bat and ran down the street to the rapist (now he doesnt know where I live) can I just smash his fuckin knee caps and his elbows BUT assuming I get caught (which wont happen but theres ALWAYS that possibility...) WHAT exactly would happen to me judicial wise?
