not at all, you dont go backwards, he did hit something that caused him to turn over. he came out because he hit the roof and inertia yeeted him with the flow of the ground, cop noticed dudes keys and crashed.

The guy would be held liable for causing it. Had a cuff off.

Cop's would see admin for sure for not checking him thoroughly!
