I havent fired handguns, but i know that if you remove the clip of an assault rifle, and cock the weapon, it will eject the round from the chamber. Thats how you make a weapon safe.

She seems to cock the gun in the clip. If there was no clip, i would assume the gun would have ejected the remaining last bullet.

This whole comment gave me a headache with the terminology being used.lol but you are correct as in what you are trying to say.

She did not realize that when fired double-action the pistol has a long trigger pull, but when cocked, the trigger is very sensitive.

The guy should have gotten one of those a semi autos for morons, the ones with a magazine disconnect, I find it quite strange that most negligent discharges by inexperienced people almost always hit the victim in the head, try getting a head shot at the range without taking aim and see if you can do it after the first shot?

Clearly they all knew each other and were goofing around. She pulled the trigger at the camera but then cocked the gun to show off. That loaded the bullet and she pulled the trigger again now knowing she would kill him. Stupid but not planned.
