You cannot tell where a weapon is hidden. It's obvious you haven't spent any time around crazies or on the street and around violent types. The danger comes seemingly from nowhere. That's why they are termed 'hidden'. Criminals are good at hiding things. They spend their entire lives thinking up ways to waylay cops and commit other crimes. A weapon can be hidden and then retrieved. The cops have to try and cover ALL possibilities...which is humanly impossible. If the cops wanted to come as close to 100% officer safety as possible, they would have to shoot every suspect in the head right away.  |

I'm sure a tazer would of sufficed ? As a dog trainer and using some common sense knowing the guy was naked and unarmed that seemed to be unnecessary. Dog went too far with a guy with no protection and not obeying commands. Just so many things wrong here. That guy is not mentally stable and now will be physically disabled for quite some time
