That was a complete misuse of K9. The handler should be fired immediately and in my opinion be prosecuted. The other officers should also be fired. They clearly believe they can use unnecessary force as long as one says "stop resisting". How many of you could honestly say you would not fight back as your leg was being shredded? I would be fighting back, you bet your ass on that!

The man looks in perfect physical condition, (tbh damm perfect!) I digress...... Standing on a cliff edge, high on "something" Asked a few times to turn around, still on cliff edge, gets very agitated and walks aggressively toward officers, split second decision, shoot, tackle, taze or dog? Dog was probably the safest for all at that point. Dog should of been pulled off much much much sooner! Everyone is still alive!! |
