I'd like to sum up the 2003 traffic stop footage because it's 20 minutes long and most of it is the kid throwing a temper tantrum and screaming rape:

Part 1
The kid's in his car at a local stoner's hangout on a snowy night. The cop (same cop that the kid kills in the main video; it's a small town) pulls up to check the kid's ID and see if he's doing anything shady. The kid refuses to identify himself- not even verbally. The cop is very patient even though the kid's trying to pick a fight and even warns him that a/v is being recorded.
When the kid finally gives up his ID, the cop recognizes the name and chuckles as he's had run-ins with the law before. While the officer is running his ID, the kid gets out of his car and starts to wander around between the two cars accusing the cop of harassment, throwing a hissy fit about having to identify himself and being a real whiny brat in general.

Part Deux:
The cop tells the kid to get back in his car, but the kid continues to linger off-camera (I assume all this avoidance is an attempt to remain off-camera- at least visually). When the kid finally returns to his vehicle after whining for another 5 minutes, he puts it in gear and starts to drive off. The cop simply blocks the exit to the area with his car and calls for backup. The cop lets off a few sighs waiting for the kid to run out of steam who is now bumper-to-bumper with the cop's car.

Part Tree:
The kid finally pulls up, driver's-side-door facing the camera, and gets out . Screaming all sorts of anal gang rape, the kid takes off and dives behind his car out of view of the camera. The next 5-7 minutes involve the kid squealing like a greased pig who allegedly grabbed the cop's nuts at one point. The kid is dragged kicking and screaming as he demands "police assistance" for the violent rape that just occurred behind his car.

That pretty much sums up the video and at least makes me understand why the officer did what he did in 2007. Maybe he figured the kid was still a whiny brat and that the firearm allegation was just an idle threat. I don't blame the guy for just macing him and walking away- I doubt the cop wanted to hear any more whining for this kid and figured he'd let the bastard rub his eyes in pain until another officer could respond and deal with this kid's bullshit.

People have been tasered for much less than what this kid did. Look up Robert Leone for some fucked up police brutality against a mentally, and now physically handicapped man who thought the cops behind him were firetrucks going to a fire (Gee whiz, George, I hope it's not my house that's on fire!).
