Re: Cops Pull Man Over for Air Freshener
That's not true, but would be more Profesional. It all depends on what the agency policy is but there is no case law that says an officer has to say something right away.

Re: Cops Pull Man Over for Air Freshener
Air freshener, graduation tassel, fuzzy dice, they can pull you over for anything hanging from the rear view mirror because it can obstruct your vision. I know a state trooper who uses that any time he can if he's looking for an excuse to pull someone over. He's a dick, though. |

Re: Cops Pull Man Over for Air Freshener
No. It is NOT 'more professional'. The cop must control the situation. Low life Ghetto Trash Thugs constantly try to dominate cops and situations with cops. What is PROFESSIONAL is for the cop to control - FIRST - then explain as he sees fit. People who argue otherwise have no Real World experience with...da Black ******* low life Ghetto Trash Thugs...or are Thugs themselves. I could introduce you to circumstances that would easily clear up your world view in less than a weekend. |
