you contradict yourself yet can't even see it....you ask why people are up in arms and pissed off with police, i give you a reason...you say a few videos doesn't mean there's a pandemic (wrong word really because that's used when describing an infectious disease but i get your point) but there IS a 'pandemic' and the reason is that there are videos of cops behaving badly....whether it's blown out of proportion or not doesn't change the facts...

i don't look at the american police through any specific eyes...i look at all police through the eyes of a member of the public....if you can understand that then you might be able to understand how simple it all is and why nothing will change until there is nothing to film

At this point I have no idea what we're debating. Are you saying the cops shouldn't have shot the kid in Cleveland? If so, answer directly with why, I've given plenty of reasons why the shooting was justified.

Are you saying all cops are evil bastards? Just remember that 30564U doesn't represent all of them. You can't make a blanket statement about all cops and expect to be able to defend it.

Are you saying that some cops are bad apples, but the whole batch isn't spoiled? Then maybe we actually agree.

Regardless, remember that if some lunatic with an icepick is coming through your screen door, your first call is going to be to the police. (Mine will be too, but it will be because the fuckhead will have six bullets in his chest and the cops will be accompanied by the coroner.) And you're going to expect the cops to do something about it. And they will. So don't get all pissy when they do.

Nope never considered it. I have a consulting practice that actually keeps me busy and in funds. If you'd ever spend any amount of time here consistently instead of jumping on every few months making incendiary comments and disappearing, you might have read something about it.

nobody has said that.... here has been said that cops who abuse their power are assholes (and i am anti asshole, did i say that...oh yes, countless times). no-one has applauded the actions of criminals, but to defend the actions of cops who behave like criminals is criminal itself...

our local cop PR person constantly avoids points that oppose his biased opinions (which is exactly what we see cops in the videos on this site doing) and actually hasn't got the smarts to discuss facts as he can't figure out the most simple facts which have been pointed out to him numerous times....

he has resorted to name calling, has avoided important points, has defended the actions of child killers and seems basically like nothing more than a generic run of the mill robot (he claims not to be a robot but before that claims not to be able to allow emotion to cloud his thinking, which makes him a robot, actually)....and he gets paid for that.... don't expect there to be changes as long as the police forces are getting advice from people like this.....i'd be scared and worried if i were you...
