You can see from the video, the cop was aiming for the tires. By the way she was driving, she was more worried about the cops finding the drug paraphernalia than the lives of her own children. She got up to almost 90 in that piece of shit van!  |

^ exactly. She put her kids in more risk by speeding off and driving the wrong way into traffic. Btw...they showed this on the news here, but only showed the couple minutes of the cop "attacking" the helpless family. Didn't even show her running from them either time  |

I think he exacerbated it by arguing with her, also made it seem like she had to decide that minute, which was not true. She might have been one of those "free citizens"? Very stupid to endanger her kids.

Obviously no one really listened to the video the officer who shot at the van said on the radio "I drew my weapon and fired shots at the tires" and yes I believe it was justified taking shots a high speed chase endangered the kids in the van and other people on the roads life...over 100 mph Good job Police |

I dont agree the family had it comming. Police get too violent too quickly and arrest you the instant you dont listen too them even if they are doing something illegaly. They should not be lowed to be physical over someone evading a traffic ticket, especialy one so minor, and now they are allowed too shoot people forrunning away on such minor charges? Ftp.
