65 years is too much. WAY too much. We have insane sentencing here. Most likely child neglect. In Europe you can kill some one (first degree) and I think 25 years is the max.

The man was clearly negligent in both accounts. 31 years and 8 months is the bare minimum this man can serve. That is about 3 times as much as he should have gotten in my opinion.  |

I don't agree with most uneducated black people and most get what they deserve, but the punishment clearly doesn't fit the crime here. The child will be ok. Period!
