The biker was wrong for running, but the cop did hit him on purpose which he shouldn't have done.

In some states you can't chase bikers even when they flee from you, so shit like this doesn't happen..

To hell with the biker he got what he deserved for endangering the public and fleeing from authorities. When the police ignore lawbreaking bikers they just continue to get more and more brazen in harassing and endangering the public. In London UK it has become an art form where savvy gangsters commit armed robberies and assaults then cruise away on a little scooter which is their own personal "safe" zone because the police aren't allowed to touch them.

Either obey the law or stop and sign the ticket when caught either way if you don't run from the police they won't chase you

I love a good chase as much or more than the next guy...I have owned both cruisers and crotch rockets and I may or may not have run at least a dozen times from the POPO...That being said, you accept your choice of fate when you run from the cops. Riding/driving is a privilege, NOT A RIGHT! If something happens, like in this video, you are the one to blame. Maybe that is the attraction...Hindsight would have worked just fine in this video.
