It looks like the bad guy got hit at least once before getting back into the truck. He almost didn't make it back in. I'm betting he got hit more than once before he made it back in the truck. One hit almost took him off of his feet. Kudos to the Cops on this one! They sure as hell weren't asleep for this traffic stop!  |

It's another cop car without the cop in it. It is rolling because he jumped out and started shooting too without putting it in park. See the flashy lights in the back.
