As many have stated, if the law in that area says he's allowed to do it then I don't see why the cop harassed him. That being said, I would never want to live in a place where civilians could simply walk around with guns like that. Too many trigger happy people in the world  |

Anyone find a resolution on what happened with this guy? I've searched and nothing. Even hit the Temple, TX courts and didn't see anything that remotely described this incident.

i found this updated video of him talking to alex jones. i agree it could have been handled by both sides differenly... however, i do believe this guy was correct. he was carrying that rifle because of the feral hog issue they have down there... his rights were violated, blatantly.

This is the type of shit that boils my piss a guy is walking with his kid and they need to man handle him so hard? come on and 3 police cars I mean isn't there a bigger need for those 2 other cop cars Those fucking cops gets such a hard on every time they get a "ghetto" call.

Cop was obviously abusing his power and arrested the guy out of anger. I hope they get their asses handed to them in court.
