Re: Active Duty Soldier Illegally Disarmed by Police
The police in the US are totally out of control, excessive force is the norm. Almost everyday there is a video from some part of the country showing law enforcement completely disregarding the law and not giving a shit that they are. If we don't start going after these bad apples by standing up together and letting them know we are sick of the bullshit excuses and made up justifications for what to me are generally homicides. Kelly Thomas, Alb. New Mexico camper, just to name a couple. It's sickening.

Re: Active Duty Soldier Illegally Disarmed by Police
theres no such thing as an 'assault rifle' thats just media coining. the cop had no right and disregarded several laws and regulations while dealing with that situation. as a soldier he has all the permits and licenses he needs to carry those weapons and probably has more clearance than those cops depending on who he knew.

Re: Active Duty Soldier Illegally Disarmed by Police
Maybe you shouldnt have a fucking assault rifle out for a walk with your son? When my dad helped me earn badges there were NO guns anywhere. THERE DIDNT NEED TO BE. This is what's wrong with America, everyone feels entitled to walk around with their biggest gun out.. You dont see this kind of bullshit from Canada cause we dont have fat fucks trying to bring their kids for walks, along with a weapon meant to be used by military.. Fucking idiots down there, I swear to god. Enjoy your shit country. |

Re: Active Duty Soldier Illegally Disarmed by Police
This is ridiculous, it is not against the law to open carry any long gun in Texas as long as it's not done in some way that could be perceived as threatening. If I wanted to take my AR-15 into Walmart that is acceptable as long as there isn't a sign at the entrance clearly saying that firearms are not allowed there.

Re: Active Duty Soldier Illegally Disarmed by Police
The scumbag cops who did this should be fired and never again permitted to carry a badge. You can usually tell a cop is lying when his/her lips are moving. |
