The Nicer Side of Dogs :)

My boy and my dog messin about. This breed of dog has a bad rep in the UK but as you can see this 1 is really sweet and not nasty at all. She was a rescue puppy that we got at 12 weeks old, she has never been nasty or bitten any1 even tho she was abused as a pup. She is probably the most loyal and well behaved dogs i've ever owned :)

Re: The Nicer Side of Dogs :)

You must never blame a dog for biteing someone, its the owner who is to blame, as you can see in this short video a much loved pet no matter what breed can be a very loving animal.
You can see the child and the dog love each other so much.
Thankyou for sharing that video with us

Re: The Nicer Side of Dogs :)

that is how they play, he does not smack her hard as he has been taught not to. He does it with an open hand so it makes her think about how to play back. I assure you that neither of them are getting or being hurt. If she catches him with her dew claw and scratches huim and he cries she is gutted. She will sit on/by him and lick him until he stops crying

Re: The Nicer Side of Dogs :)

thats so cute!
i dont believe in the whole "this dog is this way and that breed is that way" it all depends on the owners and the people the dogs are around, i work around dogs and usually the mean ones, are spose to be the "nice" breeds
we get pit bulls and such that are the nicest dogs you've ever seen!

Re: The Nicer Side of Dogs :)

Thanks guys they really do love each other. If my son and I are playing and he screams the dog will come running in and look what is happening. She will either stand between us or she will sit on him to prevent me from making him scream (even if it is a tickle fight) but as soon as she sees that he is ok she will leave us alone
