I've seen this illusion on America's got talent. It is fake, you can see the tip of the blade on his hand at the beginning of the clip. He hides it until the end.

OK that would hurt like hell, I have done that to my hand with a knife. Not near that big. Sure the hell hurt a lot! did i scream not really! that pain hit fast, so their is no faking it.  I say fake 100% |

I don't see the blade at the 2 second mark but I believe everyone saying that. Throughout the entire video he has the palm of his right hand facing the camera.

he never shows the back of his right hand, and at 2 sec you can see a small point jutting from the back of his hand -----so i think fake

Looks like a fake to me. This guy and his friend who was filming have obviously planned this to try and get some shock value from the viewers on youtube.
