Really desperate kids trying to gain street credit, popularity, or get laid by doing that stupid shit. Most Cops are decent people (I've been to prison) and just trying to make ends meet while working a shitty job.... they deserve some respect
A prison guard and cop are not the same thing. If a cop is nice to you it means hes receiving the correct amount of bravado from owning your ass and being in control.
