No, that is a 120-volt 30-amp outlet receptable, standard for morgue coolers. The bottom poles are for street power, the top poles are for generator power. You don't want to rely on transfer switches (which fail often) for your morgue coolers. The morgue coolers come with a special five-prong plug. The middle one is the ground.

Re: Blonde Woman in Morgue

Oh. My grandson who is an electrician at Centro Médico added more detail. The morgue does not rely on the general hospital generators. It has its own plant with a smaller generator that can be run in an extended emergency with less fuel in case the main hospital has to go without. He informs me this saved our butts after María. Also that the reefer trucks on CNN full of corpses were actually just routine frozen food trucks for the cafeteria and CNN lied for shock value (I know, surprise).

The more you know.

Is this some kind of lame crack at the virgin birth of Christ?

So you are telling me that the God who created the entire universe is somehow incapable of a little cloning or whatever it took? Come on, quit piddling around with that intelligent brain of yours.

If you take Genesis 1 as true, then anything else in the Bible makes perfect sense. If you reject Genesis 1, you are deliberately closing your eyes to the biggest miracle spread out before your eyes: the universe.

Well said. Also. Romans 1 explains much of what is deluding the “clever” atheist.

Atheism doesn't need anything extra to work, it needs no conditions. Your belief system needs a whole lot of conditions to be met, for it to work.

At the end of the day, the only proof you have of any of it being real is just what you read in a book - The Bronze Age equivalent of 'it must be true, it said so on the internet.' If you tried to convince a law court that any of your fantasies are real, the case would be thrown out on the first day.

For atheism to work, you need to demonstrate that laws 1 and 2 of thermodynamics have been repealed, and that abiotic life creation is possible. You also need to demonstrate that genetic mutations can add unique information to any genetic code in any of its many permutations. Finally, you must demonstrate evidence of evolutionary transitional forms in the fossil record, as well as replicable modern day evidence of them appearing now (and microevolution, i.e., natural variations in expression of genes already existing in that species' genetic code due to environmental stressors or human tinkering, does not count).

Since none of these can be demonstrated to be true, your belief in atheism is nothing but a secular religious faith. One that is farcical in the extreme.

My faith has an explanation that makes sense for everything. Your faith is retarded. It's okay. I too was retarded for 54 years. Then I grew up and realized how retarded atheism is. And I grew up.

I hope you do too

You mentioned this gobbledegook about thermodynamics before. I don't understand where the creation of life ties in with the behaviour of steam engines. Perhaps you want to enlighten me about that ..?

And atheism is not a belief, it is the lack of a belief. We do not pretend to have the answers to how and why we are here. You do.
We don't make claims to know the true nature of reality. You do.
So really the burden of proof lies with you and nobody else.

Our understanding of the universe and reality is barely in its infancy. It is par for the course that we don't understand everything. But the lack of explanation makes some people uncomfortable, so they seek comfort in witchdoctors' rattles, human sacrifices and in your case, a big book of fairy tales for grown ups.

As always, you wrote a well-crafted and thoughtful piece to try and convince me but you'll need to do better than that. Some things I can believe with little proof, but this utterly preposterous story of Middle Eastern magic and unicorns needs more than hearsay as evidence to back it up.

This is an odd question given a pretty full set of autopsy photos are at the top of the thread.
