Idk if someone else said already but I am pretty, like 99% positive, these are ANP/ANSP/Afghani Forces, this video was pretty popular in the war community. You can find plenty of similar footage too where it looks like US Forces/Coalition Forces because of their gear but it's actually ANP. Another "famous" one is a sniper recording his kill of like 5~6 ANP on a patrol in a Hummer through a FLIR scope. That got tossed around as US forces but it wasn't. Either way, this is a classic, glad it was saved from dipship LiveLeak.
