1500 hp Pumper truck as stated above but this is at least a up close picture of one. They feed in from 400's filled with water(60m^3 capacity cylinder tanks) and pressure that shit to whatever they need it to be instantly!

Vac truck
Basically a industrial janitor. Every operator I have ran into that runs a vac truck is a few loads shy of a full load. Not saying they are not needed or nothing but they just seem to be simple folk at best to being downright retarded at the worst level.
If it wasn't for strippers we wouldn't have truck drivers I guess.
But they suck out holding tanks or they use a steamer truck to clean up spills or to clean areas that have had oil, condensate, or other industrial fluid split for some odd reason. I only kid as I rely on these guy more than anyone to make sure their is no environmental damage more than their then their has to be.

A pressure tank shack and manifold system.
A basic way station where pressure and return fluid is channeled to so it can be monitored and controlled. Their they monitor gas rate, fluid flow rate, water percentage, sand percentage, how much return you are getting off a well, and can flow to specification. I work in that motherfucker lots. Most of my job is checking in on that tank and shack. The key with that job is accuracy and getting the most consistent readouts of the entire operation as that tells us exactly what the well is doing and more so it is telling us what it is going to do!

A frac data van
That motherfucker is worth like 25 million plus. All the machinery and sensor equipment send their specs and information to that truck. It has two big rooms in it, one that is a data receiving center where all the head supervisors monitor the job at every end and be able to radio out to head offices or to the job site room to make adjustment. It also sends the specs via Intelsat to the head office of the oil company and to the head office of the frac company where it can be monitored and cross calculations can be done. All you that think frac'ing is so dangerous and/or not precise have obviously never been involved in one. During the process you have at least 5-8 geologists and 4-6 engineers reading the data and making adjustments as they go. Every single stage is analysed and metered in every type of measurement. These jobs cost hundreds of thousands to do..a mis frac will cost hundreds of thousands more and more than likely cost the frac company the contract...they don't fuck around.
The second room is the job site data room where they receive orders from the main observation room and radio all the commands out the frac crew....it also has the availability for those supervisors to get out of the van and go physically to a job detail area....the other room...once it starts...those guys are stuck there until either shift change or it is done! Hundreds of thousands of dollars of computer equipment, millions of dollars worth of monitoring equipment, millions worth of communication equipment and the vehicle and customization's to it are around the 5 to 8 million dollar mark. When it is running full steam it is amazing to watch and have spent a couple Frac's inside it the whole time viewing what is happening and what they do to counter problems or how they read a problem is going to occur. Amazing shit I tell you and again leading the way in the technological ability to push the engineering capability of what human beings can achieve!

What sort of speed are you running those at?

What sort of speed are you running those at?
Usually 45 m3 a hour at 3500psi, sometimes really tough formation you run 15m3 per hour at 5500psi.

Re: RnR Oil Field Thread of Asskicking

I rarely am not amazed at least once a day in human beings ability to engineer machinery and what the capability of that machinery can do.
