Just today I watched as a young woman in a black escalade fly through a solid red light while she was texting. Lucky for her there was only light traffic. As for driving age, 15,16,18,or whatever, I don't think it matters. There should be a mental competency test as well as the other tests. Just because you're 18 doesn't make you competent enough to operate a car.
