Tesla had originally noticed what he described as "a very special radiation" years earlier when working his "carbon-button" lamp. He produced pictures he called "shadowgraphs" and had performed numerous experiments with them up until the fire at his lab. Upon learning of Röntgen's discovery, Tesla wrote him and sent some of the pictures recovered from the fire. Röntgen replied and asked Tesla how he produced them.

x-ray machines were a bit of a parlor game for rich people back then. obv they didn't know about radiation poisoning.

Jazzbaby16 you are totally right. The woman who died from radiation poisoning was Madame Marie Curie. She like to carry 2 testubes in her pockets because she like the blue/green glowing colors

And he likely exposed his wife to several lifetimes of radiation in the process.Hopefully they were done having kids
