I mean that's how I saw it. The cop started cursing at him telling him he was gonna punch him. So he panicked and started to move away from big fat men with big hard sticks cocked back ready to hit him. They swing and he moves. He panics more when the asshole big fat men with sticks n guns chase him. Said fat men have so much adrenaline they cant get his arms behind his back because they are now cavemen and do not remember their training. They blaim it on drugs after they broke his bones, crushed him, tazed him, suffocated him, and bashed his face. Some PIGS are good for only one thing. Early retirement.

Yes they did. In case you or anyone else doesn't know for sure, he did in fact die as a result. The officer shown in the photo below has been charged with 2nd degree murder and is awaiting trial.

Well I don't really understand why the beating was necessary. He wasn't attacking the officers. He was of no threat to them. I don't understand why a guy should be beaten in the head with the end of a tazer for simply resisting arrest. If he is actually attacking the police, then that is completely different. But I could EASILY have gotten that skinny guy's hands behind his back and cuffed him. Especially if I had a second cop to help me. This would not involved smashing anyone's head in with a tazer. These police need better training and better instructions. Simply "beat the guy until he calms down" is not a very intelligent way of making an arrest on a person. What if the guy is mentally ill? What if he is on drugs? There are multiple reason why a person could be behaving in an irrational way that don't warrant beating them. Why can't they simply grab his arm and force it behind his back? What does smashing their face accomplish? Believe me, I would be supporting the cops if they treated this situation the way they should have. My father and my sister are correctional officers and deal with hundreds of fucked up situations. But they are definately not allowed to physically HIT any of the inmates. Physical force can be used to subdue someone including pepper spray, and get them strapped in to a chair. If you are caught phsyically slapping or punching an inmate, you would definately be dismissed permanently. Even in situations of self defense, guards sometimes still lose their jobs. That's Ontario for you.
At 25 min mark, the one cop asks the other cop about the blood on his hands, and his response is "I ran out of options so I got the end of my tazer and I uh probably, I just smashed his face to hell."
Is that the actions of someone trying to arrest a possibly mentally ill person? Why is this not part of the police training. Treat all suspects as if they potentially could be mentally ill. Beatings are not the answer unless it is self defense. That means the suspect has to actually be a threat and willfully attacking someone else. This was not the case here. But I don't know the laws for police in every different state/province. Maybe some states allow police legally to beat the fuck out of anyone if they don't like their attitude.

That guy was what ? 150 pounds soaking wet ? Everyone of those cops were 250 plus ? That is fucked up, I'm glad that cop is charged with murder, even if it just 2nd degree. Now, when he makes it to prision, and all the other inmates find out that he:

1. is an ex cop

2. beat a homless kid to death that was under half his weight

3. had several other "cops" beating his ass as well

I have a feeling they will show him a few things as well, things he won't like, but will deserve.
