It would probably be impossible to say how anybody would react until your in that situation.

That poor kid had a history of mental illness, and its obvious that during the attempted arrest he was scared for his life....... He seemed to know he was going to die..... I'd probably fight back too.

The cops always yell "stop resisting" while they have a person in a very uncomfortable position. Do they expect you to just lay there peacefully while they beat you and contort your body every which way? The guy was making it clear he gave up; but they never gave him a chance. Fuck you pigs.

This is how America keeps the homeless population under control. Yes this is sad but this kid had a mental disorder and obviously no one was taking care of him, He is just stinking up the air. These cops were trained to do this to homeless people because they know no one will press charges against them. The worst these cops will get is a desk job in the department or get yelled at from the head telling them not to get caught doing it again on camera.

You are very right sir.. you see how the cop twirles his stick around and around at the beginning. That to me is a dead give away that he was thinking about beating him with it.
