Re: 2012 Executions in the USA
The death penalty is one of the reasons, why the U.S. looks so *small* and archaic and the people living there so stupid and full of hate although they always claim to be so great. There is no question about *if* a government was able to carry out a death penalty or *if* the parents of a raped child wished the offender to be dead. The death penalty is just so obviously nearby, that every civilized country should abstain from it. There is absolutely no proof of "power" in leading a man to a bed and putting deadly needles into his arms. Real power would be to forgive him and to show him his delict. I laugh about the "great" U.S., that they need to kill people so badly, lol! You look so absolutely small and stupid, don't you see it? |

Re: 2012 Executions in the USA
I'm not from the USA and I don't believe that child rapists and murderers should be "forgiven". Nope, sorry, they don't deserve to live. Just look at the profiles of some of the scumbags in my post above. Nice guys, huh?

Re: 2012 Executions in the USA
It's not about the question if they are "nice guys" - they aren't. But people are not executed for being "bad guys" are they, lol? The government doesn't show any power at all by executing people, by doing just the same as these people did - killing others. People, especially the Americans, are so full of hatred, that they celebrate executions, and they only show the world, how archaic and underdeveloped their minds are. EVERY SINGLE developed country has abolished the death penalty because it is nothing but dishonorable for those who carry it out and for those who celebrate it. |

A life for a life...natural law in my book. In my world there'd be a mincer in every city/town square and scum would be tossed in as soon as the verdict was guilty minced and fed to feral Dogs. |

Re: 2012 Executions in the USA
See, this is hubris! And not only this, it is a simplification. According to studies a huge percentage of violent criminals in prisons were victims of violent crimes in their own youth. Also it is a well known fact, that poor people commit more violent crimes than rich people. So, these "bad guys" are not executed for their crimes but for being poor and victims themselves. A government, that is ignoring these facts is just following the archaic wish to payback. Also, is it you or anyone else, who decides, that someone "forfeit the right to live amongst the human race"? This is ridiculous! EVERY social interaction has its reason even murder. The death penalty is ignoring so many facts around what a human being is.

Re: 2012 Executions in the USA
I'm sorry but I disagree on many levels and find your reference to me as being hubristic quite insulting. I don't decide someone forfeits their right to live in society, they do that themselves by their actions. There are plenty of people who are poor and raised in a violent home, who never go on to murder. I have most contempt for child rapists and murderers. You tell me one good reason why they should not be erased from this world? Let me tell you, if you had a child raped and dismembered and left to rot, you would most certainly change your tune. This is my last reply to you, we can agree to disagree. Cheers
