3 years and hes awaiting trail. How in the fuck could the state offer a "plea" deal to someone, who without a doubt(plenty of video evidence and confession) , carried this out with every intention. This fuck stick should should of been arrested to be transported to lethal injection. Innocent until proven guilty is the land we live, but in these circumstances stop wasting tax dollars.
