Ask anyone that’s worked in law enforcement and they can tell you exactly who did this - the parents. Without a shadow of a doubt. The tricky part is whether both were involved, or if one covered for the other, but they did it certainly. They likely had themselves convinced that they didn’t do it after all those years of denying. All the other theories are just storytime.
Brother is the one who did it. Parents covered for the brother. Don't care if you don't agree with it.
