I went to the same High School as Patsy. She was 4 years older than me. Around 1999-2000 I made a few bucks finding the yearbook of her graduating class and selling them. I'd generally be able to buy them for $20-$25 and sell them for $100.

The guy that has the huge senior yearbook collection bought the first one I sold. None of them I found had been signed by her though.

How would her little brother have been able to crack her skull? Not to mention I seriously doubt he ejaculated on her too. It had to have been someone they knew.

Can't be the brother for that type of blow to the head and the sexual abuse. There are no experts in this case they changed there tune every other year the case is just too bizarre. Even if they find the unknown DNA person, why the long ransom note, it had to been someone close to the family to know financial details but everyone close to the family has had their DNA checked. Which leads back to the family involvement somehow someway the family is connected here, how and why we don't know. It's shocking they have kept a secret like this for so long but the Natalie Holloway murder also had family cover ups until the killer killed another young girl. I just want to point out that this is a sophisticated kill that blow to the head and the noose the killer didn't even bring his own tools but decided to use what was laying around the home in which be was completely unfamiliar with.... Odd case.

That's what I think too. If not the killer, then someone they brought in that night to clean up the crime scene before calling the police. Supposedly it was touch DNA and not blood or semen.

JonBenet Ramsey was six-year-old American girl who was murdered in her home in Boulder, Colorado in 1996. Police found her body in the basement of the family home about eight hours after she was reported missing. She had been struck on the head and strangled.

The case remains unsolved, even after several grand jury hearings, and it continues to generate public and media interest.

Colorado law enforcement agencies initially suspected Ramsey's parents and her older brother, Burke. However, the family was partially exonerated in 2003 when DNA taken from the victim's clothes suggested they were not involved. Her parents were not completely cleared until July 2008. In February 2009, the Boulder Police Department took the case back from the district attorney and reopened the investigation.

Media coverage of the case has often focused on the decedent's participation in child beauty pageants, her parents' wealth, and the unusual evidence found in the case. Media reports have also questioned the police's overall handling of the case. Several defamation suits have been filed against several media organizations by Ramsey family members and their friends.

On October 25, 2013, previously sealed court documents were released, showing that a Colorado grand jury had voted in 1999 to indict the parents, John and Patricia Ramsey, for the girl's murder. The indictment alleged child abuse resulting in death and being accessories to a crime. However, then–District Attorney Alex Hunter declined to sign the indictment, saying the evidence was insufficient.

Pasty sounded like she was acting on the 911 call. Several 911 calls aired on forensic files had that breathing u hear in movies when someone is running from something bad.

Patsys lack of tears is bothersome too. Would be nice to have more info/evidence, autopsy pic of skull, etc
