Ok, first...those pics have been floating around since the 70s. They are fake. Period. The actual autopsy pictures will not be released until 2063, along with all other info that was deemed "national security". And that picture from the inside of the car is also not real. No pics were ever taken of the inside of the car, and the secret service WASHED OUT the interior shortly after they got to Parkland Hospital. Essentially, anything you see of Kennedy's assassination should be strongly doubted...as there is so much crap out there. Fact is, it was the greatest successful conspiracy in US history. The real killer(s) will never be known and those behind it got what they wanted.
