I'm a Wisconsin girl and my grandparents knew Ed. Lived in Plainfield just before he was found out. Many of my maternal family is buried in the same cemetery as Ed. I always wondered if the pics of the gloves, mask were real. When I was a kid I got to look at some books on him that my grandfather had. Many of the pics in that book are here, but I never saw the gloves and mask until recently. Great post.
