Your skin changes colour when you're dead. It goes through various shades of various colours. In blotches, not in blotches. I don't know why you're seeing an Indonesian dude - I'm just seeing a guy that's been dead a couple of days.

I just love how people just float around media sites like this to yell FAKE about everything THEY can't process as real in their minds and CREATE false facts like "It can't be him he's wearing underwear" First off the photo pixels have been digitally altered and blown out so the COLORS you SEE are NOT underwear, just blown out pixels which take on various colors from the surrounding environment when altered. Then your stuck on the HAIR. The guy was doing a MOVIE and actors have to change their hair style according to the SCRIPT so it could have been what happened here. The photo has obviously been taken with a cheap print camera and scanned or crap cell phone and then blurred out using a cheap program or someone who doesn't know what their doing so any other alterations you seem to think happened are not likely at all. As someone else pointed out the skin changes colors after it's been dead for some time, blood pools to the lowest part of the body leaving the upper part a washed out whitish/gray then turns purple, blue, red etc. Then you FAKE touters have this idea in your head that he wouldn't tie his hands along with thinking your able to SEE THROUGH the altered blurred parts of the photo and trace the rope, Horse Shit! Once the pixels have been altered you can't see ANYTHING of what used to be. Jimmywhite made a very good observation about the hotel room not being a LUXERY Suit and I tend to agree BUT also remember they are in a very POOR 3rd world country who do not have rich resources so you can't go by this either, that could BE their LUXERY Suit. Whether this photo is real or fake is yet to be determined but this COULD be the real thing without a doubt as could the way he died like this be real, people do all kinds of weird things to get off and he could have liked having his hands tied up and humped the wall or corner to get off, I've seen all kinds of weird things people do and die as a result. So PLEASE don't jump to conclusions on these poor THEORIES you have form a quick look at a simple photo. There's much more involved so think about it before you yell out FAKE & jump to conclusions. BTW I'm a retired/disabled veteran police detective of 16 years wounded in the line of duty and a professional photographer with over 30 years in the business so I think I know a little bit of what I just talked about. It is healthy to have debates like this though and everyone is entitled to their opinion ;) |

See, what I heard is that he was found in an upscale Thai hotel.. That hotel room looks more like a crappy suite at the motel 6.. Thats what makes me think that photo might be fake.. (I went back and fixed this after I saw jerzice's post.. he had a lot of good points) I was pissed off when I heard that D.C was found dead in a hotel room, and that suicide wasn't the cause (I thought someone killed him).. I was even more bummed out when I heard it was possibly autoerotic asphyxiation.. I really didn't want to think of him that way.. P.S - I took a psychology class with a professor who was an actual psychologist.. He said one of the causes of sexual disfunction in relationships is excessive masturbation.. He said he'd normally tell the afflicted partner (usually the man) to lay off of himself for a month, and everything would usual go back to normal.. If David Carridine really did kill himself like this, then it must have been because he'd grown bored, or numb to traditional sex practices.. Let this be a lesson kids.. touch yourself (or others) too much or too often, you might end up auto-erotically-asphyxiated in a thai motel 6.. Yeah.. |

It's women's lingerie. TMZ has a higher qulity picture and said that there was red womens lingerie on the bed, and he was wearing a dark wig and fishnets. |

Yep, liver mortis, or more commonly, lividity. The lividity is consistent with him hanging there quite a while in that position. Being a forensic tech, you get to spot that pretty quickly. |

I say the family doesn't go shit crazy and threaten legal action over fakes. They call them fakes and move on, fakes aren't illegal as far as I know.  |
