Chris, this photo is all over the place now. Whether it is real or not (I think not), there is no legal leg the family's attorney can stand on. It's not like the photo was stolen, and by the low-quality of the photo, this was definitely not an official "police evidence" or "crime scene" photo. IMO, a cell phone pic purposely taken at an angle that makes one assume it is David. BTW, As tribute to him - I will watch Kill Bill I & II |

Furthermore, the whole theory on the net says it was autoerotic asphyxiation. If that were the case, why are this corpse's hands tied up? Would he not need a body part free to choke the chicken? Or did he do it with his feet? Hmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmm Of course, there could have been a participant in this fuckfest, but in that case how did he die? I see no rope around his neck, just his hands. Again, it is blurred. |

Okay, I super zoomed the image. Just an observation but when the picture is enlarged and you look closely it doesn't appear that he is wearing underwear at all - you can see a butt cheek and it's uncovered. Also, as for tattoos on the forearms - again if you look closely - there is discolouration on the forearms which may be tattoos or may simply be disclouration from the guy being dead. Just an observation. I can take the comments about being wrong that will obviously follow because I don't really care. That's my bit of info shared - y'all do what you want with it  |

This is my first post.....awesome site guys! I'm gonna say this is not him. I thought most of the news sites were saying his hands were bound behind his back. It looks like this person is being held hostage and tied to the closet pole. And I don't think that's blood on the bed. It almost looks like an article of clothing or something just laying there.
