This was the crime of the century and a sickening one too. I know the photographs here are very important in keeping these sadistic slaughterers behind bars. I just question why the original photographers feel fit to release some of the victms in a state of undress in particular Mr & Mrs La Bianca; Abigail Folger and Sharon Tate. There should be dignity in death. These poor people have a terrible ending. Those whose looked after their bodies should have acted respectfully and ensured that any release photos did not show them naked or semi-naked. It it just wrong.

Any autopsies done in the United States require anywhere from 5-500 photos taken of the body throughout the process. Obviously the body will be undressed for most of these shots. Until the last decade, when Dale Earnhardt's wife made a terrible stink in the media, all of these photos were available to anyone as a matter of public record. You could go to nearly any ME's office in the country and view whatever photos you wished to. It is only more recently that such things have become prohibited. And anyway, what the hell does it matter? They were already dead. The story of their death was already widely known by the time the photos got out...who really cares if you can see Abby Folger's enormous bush or Tate's pregnant nipples in some of the shots? Respect and dignity. Pshaw. Dead is dead and meat is meat. You place FAR too much importance on clothing, you fucking Puritan. Neither they nor their families are any worse off now 40+ years later for the photos having been released.  |

If your beloved parents or sister were shown naked in a public arena you would soon be taking a different position. Either you are sick in your thoughts or just a sad little Troller who gets kicks out of insulting dead people. Then again, so brave to insult those whom can't fight back.
