Reading the autopsy report my only question is thus:was not this photo taken prior to the post mortem and if so where the hell is the endotracheal tube the medical examiner unequivocably stated was present?

She was a beautiful women, so sorry her son died, after that she went down hill and never truly recovered. In a way I think she wanted to die just so she could be with her son in the afterlife.

A recent documentary where a pathologist was asked to examine her autopsy report said she died as a result of infections from a B-12 injection site. There were many different types of drugs in her system but this is not the immediate cause of her death. She refused to get medical help for something that was easily treatable and died as a result. The documentary was called 'The Final Hours of Anna Nicole Smith'. It can be found on YouTube and is interesting.

In the first photo Anna is still alive. Her lips are a normal color and her skin is still pink and oxygenated. It is not certain when this taken, some believe it was the same day she died. All we know is that someone she trusted took this picture of her with vomit on her body.

The second picture shows Anna after her death. She died of an overdose (several medications and alcohol).

It's so sad...there really was only one person who truly loved and cared about Anna, and that was her son, who was killed not long before Anna died. May she rest in peace.

Anna was NOT dead in the first pic! it had been a stolen private pic of her eating KFC (intoxicated) and apparently was goofing around,the pic was unfortunatly taken in the midst of her blinking...
