Re: World’s Biggest Mall is a Ghost Town

I saw a news clip on this place once, the film crew found 1 store. It was a toy store and the guy sold 1 item a week or so, and did the day before the filming. The crew got lost when filming. KFC in pic 1

Ahh, lies, damn lies, and statistics.

China's GDP per person is $6,000. In the US it's $49,000.

China's not able to sustain it's current level of growth, and would need to more than double it's current level to ~18% even match the US's anemic levels in real terms.

China's not catching up, they're losing ground.

Regardless of what china claims. Their economy is in serious trouble.

**sigh** Dumbfuck ignores the comparative cost of living among other factors. But I never claimed that per capita GDP was the same or better but when you measure a nation's economy, it's primarily looked at as a whole...go ahead and bury your head up your ass if you want, but the fact is that China's ECONOMY is growing far faster than ours and according to the IMF, they're projected to over take the US as world's largest economy by 2016, 2017 latest...
