Sad what happens to old businesses and business models that don't work in current time. Thats why business owners need to be flexible to respond to changing trends. Real estate is real estate. Just have to find a business that fits the space, anything from storage to office space. Too late for radio shack maybe not too late for Sears. But if Sears goes it may pull down a lot of malls with it because Sears is an anchor is a lot of these.

This is how Southpark Mall in Shreveport, Louisiana would look right now if Summer Grove Baptist wouldn't of bought it and turned it into a huge church. I went to a wedding there and it's weird watching a ceremony in the JC Pennys I grew up shopping in.
