Great cards tonight. Little diaz continues to impress. Unlike his older bro, he actually has earned a title shot. Bendo is a bad matchup for Nate imo. Mayweather is just technically brilliant. If boxers had belt ranks he would be 7th degree! |

vant stand mayweather but I have to agree he is technically brilliant. His defence is stupidly good. Considering it was mayweather it was a entertaining fight, Alvarez didnt look that great but it is early days. I have not had a chance to watch the UFC yet. what are the benifits of having a ice bath? is it just to prevent injurys? |

Ice Baths are the worst, they take your breath away and it feels like your chest is constricting so you can't get it back. Would recommend it though after an insane work out, makes your recovery so much better.  |
