Very nice report on the facts of the case. It seems you were careful not to allow personal opinion to influence the report, which is, I'm sure, what you needed for the class.

I'll add my own opinions, though, based on a lot of reading about the case. Patsy Ramsey was obviously deeply involved in the death and coverup, though I don't think there's reasonable proof that she actually killed that poor little girl. But Patsy certainly helped in the after-death coverup. And for another thing, one drop of unidentified blood on panties is not sufficient evidence to say definitively that the parents were not involved. It's certainly odd, and hard to explain. But if my neighbor killed me, and i happened to have a drop of another neighbor's blood on my body (I was helping him plant a cedar), that drop doesn't *prove* that the first neighbor did not do it. As the young people say, "just sayin'."

Two questions I have been trying to find an answer for is could the circular mark on her jaw, below her ear be from a thumb (common in child abuse and manual strangulation )?

Burke described jonbenet in her casket, saying one of her eyes was a little droopy ( another condition associated with strangulation).

My question regarding that is, wouldn't that be something easily fixed as she was being prepped for her viewing?
