I don't think so...I know a lot of people claim this to be the case but science is peer reviewed and part of the scientific methods is recreating findings through said data...so I find a omnipresent "them" withholding data to be a long shot at best!

As someone who literally has an (almost) PhD in space physics, the HAARP stuff is complete bunk. Sure, it might be able to ionize a portion of the atmosphere above the antenna as part of ionospheric research, but in order to control weather you would have to change the temperature of vast quantities of atmosphere - the sort of shit that would be picked up in a microsecond by any weather satellite from any country.

~ I personally helped with the HAARP project, in it's initial suggested projection of use. ~ I will just give you the pertinent info in a nutshell. ~ It all started back in 1984 when a large amount of gas deposits were found in Alaska, & a contest for submitted suggestions for it's use were being accepted by a prestigious Alaskan gas company, as well as the US government. ~ However it would have to be a remote facility since it was not easily accessible. ~ At the time, many experiments had already been done with Earth planet's atmosphere, etc., in the 1950's, which demonstrated that the whole planet Earth operated at the same frequency as brainwaves did. (Called the Schumann frequencies) ~ So I contacted & suggested it, a HAARPish type of project, to a business man who had the financial means, (I forgot his full name at this time), & that it should be used to build a device that would manipulate the Earth's weather using the same frequencies that are used by brainwaves, for the noble better-meant of humankind. ~ HAARP became that project. ~ However, since it was a government project, it was also suggested, not by me, but by others in the military, that it also be used for mind control of the world population. ~ Some of you will refute these facts, saying it wasn't until 1993, that HAARP was built. But in fact, HAARP got an upgrade in power on that year, not that it was built that year. https://documents.theblackvault.com/.../ADA267641.pdf ** What frequency is the Schumann resonance? 7.83 Hz ~ Schumann resonances are the principal background in the part of the electromagnetic spectrum from 3 Hz through 60 Hz, and appear as distinct peaks at extremely low frequencies (ELF) around 7.83 Hz (fundamental), 14.3, 20.8, 27.3 and 33.8 Hz. ~ What musical note does the earth resonate at? The earth vibrates at 7.83Hz . This is technically the musical note C# (C sharp). https://www.science.org/doi/10.1126/...275.5308.1861a https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/High-f...search_Program https://www.swpc.noaa.gov/sites/defa...oy_SWW2016.pdf https://www.researchgate.net/publica...ECHNOLOGY_PLUS |

I know that HAARP makes my weiner tickle, so it's probably real. When you go after chem-trails make sure you point out that when an aircraft burns a gallon of jet fuel, it generates a gallon of water. That's what chem-trails are. I worked in aviation for over 40 years, and never saw them load anything but jet fuel into airliners. I don't know where they would locate a tank for spraying mystery chemicals, or how they would load it without ground crews and flight crews being aware of it. And who is producing the BILLIONS of gallons that would be needed to insure that EVERY airliner would spew out some mystery cargo. And how did they talk the airlines into carrying this stuff, instead of paying passengers? I knew the weight and balance chick at America West Airlines when they existed, and she NEVER did any CG calculations for mystery chem-trail loads. She worked the graveyard shift, loading all the CG data for the following days flights, and moved 100 lb. sacks of mail from the forward to the rear cargo bins, or vice-versa, but never moved mysterious chem-trail liquid anywhere. |
