I did a Google image search for the black and white picture and I found some more of him from the same time frame and it's from when he shot that lawyer or whatever when he tried to escape. That is his mug shot, I found some more pictures of him in court with a shaved head and when you compare the black and white photos to different color photos of him with a shaved head you can tell it's the same person because of his nose. Just my two cents. Lol it's not like anyone is going to read this any way.
